I have a 2014 Cruze LT RS - fully loaded. I bought it used in March of 2017 with 21,000 miles only. Now I have 31,400 miles on it. I absolutely love the Cruze. I take it back and forth from school to work to home and I only fill it up with gas at the middle of the month and very end of the month. Each tank I usually get around 360-380 miles per tank. The Cruze is perfect in the aspect of comfort, style, efficiency, and is just plain awesome! Love it

I have a 2014 Chevy Cruze LTZ RS first cruze I ever had love the car My friend has 2013 Chevy Cruze LT You can tell a big difference When we park beside each other in the looks and power He gets so mad can't keep up with me lol

Compare this car with something like a 1980 Chevy Chevette. Which I remember driving. Take a 2015 Cruze back in time and they would have said this is one hell of a smooth,quiet,peppy,refined car!!!!

I really don't get what's so bad about it. I mean yeah it's a GM car but it could be worse. It's still a nice car in general. My brother has a 2014 Cruze LTZ Rs and yeah it's not sporty and it's kind of a dull calm driving experience but it's not that bad. It has a pretty smooth ride though so that's good I guess. It's just not a driver/car enthusiasts kind of car. It's still miles ahead of what shitty compact cars GM produced in the past like the cavalier and the cobalt. I understand you don't like it and that's cool. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion :)

I just all around was not impressed. It had the absolute WORST tuned automatic transmission I've ever driven, numb steering, a rattly cheaply made interior, electronics that kinda perform their function sometimes and insanely harsh ride quality thanks to the 18 inch wheels and lack of an independent rear suspension. Oh yeah its also SLOW. You can do worse but my god you can do so much better for less money.

Not really. You have to hammer it so hard everywhere just to be able to merge or take off from a stop light and not piss off the people behind you that it actually got worse gas mileage than my 2.4L Accord.

I see from the road signs you must live in VA? I live and work near Charlottesville. I have this exact car but with nav and in the 6,000 miles I put on it since buying it brand new in December of last year it has unfortunately given me a fair share of issues which really make me regret buying american and believing that GM made a great product. I'm sure there are Cruzes that came off the assembly line flawless and meet every expectation from its buyer but mine has not. I'm easy going on my car and all the issues I've had/am having are no fault of my own. I can deal with the car being slow because I didn't buy it for speed but its hard to swallow the car not being able to uphold the basic expectations from a quality standpoint especially when purchasing the fully load top trim model like I did. Overall the car is nicely designed and styled both on the interior and exterior and has a really smooth ride but it's just not well built for a car that has a MSRP south of $30,000 when fully loaded.I had to have a recall done a couple days after buying the car, the Mylink has become so unresponsive and glitchy after getting the mylink update, my wire looms under my hood have already begun to separate, and my hvac makes weird noises. Overall I like the car but I don't love it and I thought I was going to.I should be able to but I can't. This will likely be my last GM purchase and maybe even my last purchase from a american automobile company.

Yep I'm from Richmond! Love Charlottesville though, was just there a few weeks ago for a concert! Honestly I know what you mean about the quality of the car. A lot of interior trim pieces of this one were already coming apart/rattling and it had a couple other issues that honestly are inexcusable for something with under 30k miles. There were still pieces of glue from the factory hanging from the headliner and around the dashboard. Mylink is still one of the better systems I've used in a vehicle but it was still very slow to respond and also did not seem compatible with my android phone (Galaxy S6) at all. Intelligent key system/ remote start were also slow to respond or just straight up didn't work sometimes. I feel like maybe the more basic ones are free of a lot of my complaints I had about this one and that's why I see them around so much.
