Just traded for a 2018 basr wt...same 2.5 ,4 cylinder,6 speed manual eaton trans....mine is silver also...love it....30,400 miles.

Would be nice if an extended cab was on the dealer lots instead of just crew cabs.

Thanks for showing what the storage area looks like at 4:28. Looks a little small, but it gives me an idea of what I can put in there (since I have a full size Sierra single cab).

Really good walk through. Very informative and shows a lot of cool details others miss in the cab of the truck.

Also, I did not see it covered here, but the rear seat back part folds down flat to allow you to store things on those. I think the loop at the top of the rear seat allows the release of the seat back to fold down. Thanks for the video. Well done. I love this truck. Now if I could just talk my wife into allowing me to buy one.

Make her drive an HD truck (2500,3500), then a full size truck(1500) and finally, this truck. I'm sure she'll prefer the latter... Also, I would recommend the I4 Diesel engine.

Hey Mike, For the bottom of the rear seats, you can put the rear headrests in there, and if I remember correctly, it allows you to install a child seat or something back there, as it makes the seat bottom deeper.

ya but that 4 cylinder is slower than a Rav4. mainly because about 300 pounds seperates them. the Rav4 does have a 4 cylinder, but it only weighs about 3500 pounds and that's with AWD. the 2WD version of the Chevy Colorado with the 4 cylinder weighs 3800 pounds, and if you get the 4WD version that bumps it up to 3950. i know it doesn't really matter, because 8.5 seconds to 0-60 vs 9.3 isn't a huge difference. but it would matter for small families. now the V6 version weighs about 4300 pounds and that's with the 2WD version, but your 0-60 time would be right around 7.5 seconds and the 4WD version would be 7.9 seconds. that wouldn't necessarily set the world on fire, but that's more than enough for most people. so in my opinion the V6 is the better buy. plus even though 4 cylinders get better gas mileage, but trucks with a 4 cylinder aren't as efficient as they are in a crossover. and in the real world the 4 cylinder wouldn't make much of a difference, and the V6 is stronger.

Camera is good the sound is good nice camera

I put my garage door opener in that small space and double sided tape to hold it in place and it looks and works great.

The Colorado will be getting a 2.8 L Duramax I4 this year.

Be honest. How is the quality of this truck? I feel like ford and GM has put their shit together but I have no proof to back that up. I really like this truck and I really hate to get problems down the road.

TheWiseMan just go on carcomplaints dot com and read about the problems people are having with these.Looks like first year,they had a lot of transmission problems,hopefully the get it right for 2017

Too bad the fuel door does not lock that's not good.

you can hardly ever find any. All the dealership's only have a 2 or 3 of on hand, but they have 100's of silverados. what gives? guess ill buy TOYODA
