Bloomer best ever
When you're the top dog you can afford it.
I remember going to my first Lucas Oil Super Late Model race at I-55 and remember there was an equal amount of of love and hate for Bloomquist back then (early to mid 2000s can't remember the exact year). He won the feature that night and there was people booing the guy. I guess at the time the Show Me state had a thing against winners.
anybody know what part of this video he was sent to the back?
The part they pulled was an aero-window net.....not that it played a part in the performance.

If anything it made him angry and that upped his performance.

It was an aero advantage if you noticed the clear plastic on the inside of the net, effectively making it solid so air cant pass thru
Ole Smoky I've watched this a few times I'm down the road from mike's shop he good but nothing like Scott

SCOTT WE LOVE TO SEE YOU RACE, I WANT TO KNOW IF YOU ARE RELATED TO ANY OF THE BLOOMQUIST'S IN TOMAHAWK , WIS. ?? THAT IS MY BACKGROUND, GOOD JOB BARBARA POPPENGA
Three wheels or four he still wins
If you look closely when they pull it off his car it was a window net attached with bolts or rivets to a piece of plexiglass, but he still dominated without it
Bloomquist is the man bo
UMP is an insurance company that knows nothing about dirt track racing.
I went and watched him in Tennessee wish I was there to see that he is the best I bought my girl one of his shirts she loves it, and I got me one just it
the king.
HA! That guy!
Hey Cuz you showed Them what Happens when you put a viking/swede/ and Irish bloodline to test i never ever seen this happen before for being to safe, your the best !!!

Should've seen him at Atomic Speedway in Tn before it was shut down
Yes that particular window net would be considered illegal as it does enhance performance with the plastic. But that car was just hooked up the whole night and he could just put it anywhere and make speed. Love him or hate him, he just flat out out drove the field.
Dudes A bad ass
You got to love him.
He Had That Thing Diggin ...He Pulled a Darth Vader the Intimidator Race That Night...Tookem to School...Fellow TENNESSEE BOY THERE 👍🏁🏁🏁
When he left the shop, the rest shouldn’t have loaded up
Reminds me of Doug Wolgang at Knoxville......
Everytime I watch this I can’t help but notice the guy in victory lane behind bloomquist chugging whiskey he can’t swallow.
The GOAT imho...
How much do guys like Bloomquist, Owens and all of them make in a given year do you figure?
A roller with feet. About 8' tall setting in the weeds out back.
Dirt track racing is the best.
Who is the guy that didn't know about the brown liquor in Victory Lane? He got a mouth full... LMAO!!!!!
The dimples allow the track to absorb the water = traction
Car is a car and it makes a difference. But a driver overcomes a car
We still use window net in our car
I was there that night it really was an impressive drive and I'm not even a fan of the man
why does this guy get hated

Mr. Bloomquist, how many nitrous bottles can you fit in a tube chassis.
Why didn’t he run the window net in the heat race?? We call what he did a red herring make something blatantly illegal to divert from the actual trick
Who how he done that?? He was running a Chevrolet back then

Why do people allow gatekeeping it is the worst look for a sport. What fkin benefit would you get from a window net other then safety? literally nothing and at the time their was no rule which means banning it is gatekeeping by definition.
