The come back against Penn State was his best ever.

That throw on 3rd and 23, early in the 2nd quarter, was the best that Barrett ever made.

Man looking back I love this team. It seemed like such more of a brotherhood. Back then I was younger and didn’t understand what it all meant as much as I do now. But this team was special. Go bucks

I went to this game! My first NCAA football game! I'm a Buckeyes fan, because growing up in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, they were on TV every Saturday. My son was doing University tours and thought we should go to the University of Windsor, all the while, using it as an excuse to see Bucks-Spartans. Such an awesome memory

They don’t build qbs like jt anymore, absolute monster

I remember before this game a lot of prognosticators has the Buckeyes losing. Then after Ohio State won, it was, "Oh, Michigan State isn't as good as we thought"

Everyone remembers Big 10 championship, the sugar bowl, and the natty from this season. But this game was what really legitimized our team this year. We went from being viewed as a nice team with a bad loss to one that is a real threat to win it all after we went to East Lansing and dominated. And great revenge for the previous season against MSU in Indy :)

1:03:16 Underrated game changing play - in short order OSU goes from about to be down 28-14 being negated by an MSU penalty to not being down 24-14 due to a missed MSU field goal to almost instantaneously tying the game 21-21 with a lightning strike 79-yard JT Barrett to Michael Thomas touchdown pass.

Anyone else think Barrett regressed from that freshman season? Dude was tossing dimes

Don't forget his senior season with Day in his 1st year as QB coach. Statistically, Barrett's best passing season.

This is when I really started having faith in my buckeyes to Win titles again .. In and out each season I hoped and would always talk highly of OSU. Since trying to rebuild from the National championship Era with Tressel and Troy smith, Getting hit with the Tattoo Scandal and getting beat by Michigan after Tress resigned.. It was a rough time as a Buckeye fan.. Until Urban came in and built a Culture to Win.. Even using Tressels recruits. I know there are better QB's than what JT was but.. He did the job and made an Impact during his time on the field. The buckeyes coming in with an Offense and Names on the offense like we have in 2022, the fresh start on defense with Knowles.. It just feels like this!

Even though I'm a Auburn fan this still a classic

Cannot believe this game was 7 years ago next week

This game was cold because everyone was picking msu and thinking we weren’t title contenders

Everyone always griped about JT, but I knew if he had the ball in his hand, he was going to do whatever he had to, to win. No need to panic on 3rd down, when he had the ball.

This is where they started to become serious title contenders by putting up those numbers on that defense in their own sfadium...they would go on to pretty much rip up the rest of their opponents on the way to the 1st CFP Natty....Except in the BIG TEN title game vs Wisc. the defense would get gashed at times but also come up with timely big plays....

Every time the ball came towards Dontre Wilson it usually lead to a mistake 😂 dude showed toughness in this game tho pretty sure he broke his foot or ankle in this game if I remember right

Should have ended 49-31. That last facemask penalty was an awful call.

Bosa was getting double teamed 90% of the time. These announcers are poor. Open your eyes or get a spotter.

Micheal Thomas on this OSU team and bring a near non factor most of the season will never not be funny to me. Especially when you see the guys getting all the targets over him

He was led the team in receptions by 16; but not in reception yards. Devin Smith lead in yardage bc he was the deep threat. And the focus of the offense this year (and most years that Zeke was there) was rushing. Buckeyes were ranked 5th in all of D1 in rushing as a team behind 4 triple option teams and Wisconsin (who had Melvin Gordon rushing for damn near 2500 yards)

Love it!!! MSU thought they were good and on the come up cause UM was down. Now MSU can go back to their rightful place in the middle of the pack
