I boought 2014 e550 white coupe two months ago with 14k miles, for weekend car,I changed carbon fiber amg side mirrow, delete resonator, renntech oem emblem on fender and trunk, putting borla muffler with dual e63 amg tip, they will cut little defusser, next month when i have time i already got all parts, then i m plan to take to florida renntech division put some more horse power ( $ 10k ) budget i will spend on this car, i will post here on you tube

Viet Tran Hey, could you tell me truthfully how reliable the e550 really is? I heard horror stories and I have cousins and friends who have other Mercedes and they often have problems with the electronics. I planning to get a 2011-2013 e550 or e350 sometime next year or Lexus Gs350-I like the look of the e550 better than the GS but Lexus/Toyota's quality is unmatched (have an ES with 300K miles-no major problems).

My is 2012 model and I have no problem so far. I like the car very much.

the arm rest compartment is smaller than on an 2013 model

Where is the gearbox ? I mean, I know it's automatic, but how do you change to reverse ?

Very very nice car this color goes well with this model also and putting 19s on that wheel would definitely make it look more sportier

joshe bernadel Side view mirrors can be fold, but we have to fold it manually.and this model does not have 4matic. It is an rear wheel drive model. It is a beautiful and fun car!

2 door Mercedes has no back seat room unless your short in stature. I traded my E 550 for the new CLS 400 twin turbo 4 matic, Wow! what a car

Walter Jüngling BMW 3 series has more back seat room then 2 door Mercedes even that new 2 door S class has no back seat room. I just got that new CLS 400 twin turbo 4 matic traded my E 550 for it Wow!

I'm 6ft4 and most coups have useless back seats... they look good though... I had a Mercedes benz E coupe back seats look nice but useless unless only kids sit back there... I now have a Mercedes benz CLS 4 door coupe and the back seats are useful but still tight. Whats a S5?
