I’m glad you were finally able to take it out, I did the same over the weekend. That bike looks like a beast👍

You mention the guys on the forum. Are you a member? I'm the forum moderator. Hope you'll be an active participant. It's pretty rare to see a bike this stock this far down the line. Looks like it only has a gas tank protector and hand guards. I just put a set of smoked hand guards on mine. The plastic is so cheap and easily breakable. Wish they'd make it more durable. The stock Valk is gorgeous. Once you start adding all the accessories, I personally feel it loses aesthetics. Mine has bags, luggage rack, tall shield, grip protectors, Corbin seat, backrest, and lots of other less obvious stuff, and while I am still in love with it, I do miss the stripped down look of the stock bike. You'll find a good number of Valk owners have replaced the stock seat, as most say it is very uncomfortable. A typical complaint with most stock bikes, I think. Enjoy that bad boy! 🏍🏍🏍🕶👍👍🍺🎵😜

Thanks Cupert23225! I’ve not yet joined the F6C forum but I will do. Yes the bike is stock except for the tank protector and hand guards. I was going to get a a Gustafson windshield, but by the time it gets to me in Canada it will be almost $1000 (exchange, shipping, duty etc) so I’m going to see if I can get a Slipstreamer Bwing replacement shield for cheaper and buy some mount hardware. I think most Honda seats are a PITA, I’ll have to see how this one feels I guess. Thanks for the invitation to the forum and for commenting on my video.

@@true-moto-resto You poor Canadians! All the guys on the forum comment about how expensive parts are to get there. Australia too. Will look forward to seeing you on the forum!

@@crupert23225 lol, lots of great things about Canada that I’d never complain about , but shopping in the USA (where the selection is often way better) is damn expensive.

How does it compare on power and handling with the m109r?

Power feels comparable, it’s just smoother with the Valkyrie. The Valk is more refined the M109R is more raw and visceral . When I ride the Valk is less of an attack on the senses, when I ride the M109R my inner “Sons of anarchy” comes out. Lol

Yeah i feel you...i have the 2014 valkyrie i love it way faster then my vtx1800...the m109r is one of my favorite cruisers and i know the m109r is a monster too...have you been full throttle on both??? And if u have who you think will win?

@@SaulVTXFRIDER no haven’t pinned either of them WOT , I just don’t ride my bikes hard at all. They’re both quick, but the big difference is the M109R is more raw and visceral the Valkyrie is more refined and smooth. I will say the M109R hasn’t been ridden much this year …..may have to let it go

I am curious if you still own the 2014 Valkyrie in this video here? Secondly if you do, do you think you will hold on to it as long as you possibly can? Lastly curious how many miles on it when you purchased it and how many miles you've put on it... This has always been one of my dream bikes to own as well as the VTX. Thank you for sharing for all of us who don't have this in our garages yet...😊 Take care ML

in the 1990s the rider was kicking back in his rocking chair. ….now….it’s like straddling a rocket 🚀

What an imposing beast a radio host down here in NZ had a 1500 cc one and had done high miles on it he thinks it was a Demo bike because world GP champ Wayne Gardner had taken it out to some races and done massive burn outs on it unbeknown to him ....... until I told him and he said he had had to have the clutch replaced lol 😂

It is imposing to look at. But to ride it’s very nice. Being a Rossi fan I wouldn’t mind if he’d ridden it LOL

Just ordered a Slipstreamer 18” BWing screen and MRA mount hardware. So far it’s the only screen I’ve liked. Other screens are either no the style I like or hardware looks more bulky than I like. Hopefully it works out. Thanks for commenting.
