I think people don't give him enough credit because he has the old school game...he doesn't dunk on people he doesn't catch lobs no acrobatic layup and he's still a 20 and 10 guy money down in the post

Brad Conway Its a crime that this guy has never been an all star. Probably the best low post player in the league for about 9-10 years and he gets not nearly as much credit as he deserves. I'm one of the few that actually appreciate what he does and some others in this comments section as well.

This nigga's awareness, jumper, and footwork is amazing. I don't know why the Hornets stopped him from being the focal point of their offense. He's like a role player for them now.

Jahlil Okafor is the modern day Al but sadly this play style does not work in this league anymore. If Jahlil was in the league 10-15 years earlier he would've been a good player.

Courtesy of Kevin McHale.. IF D. Howard had this bag of tools in his game he'd have been one of the greatest, ever.. but I believe early on someone told him, just try to dunk every time. Same is true of B. Griffin. What's funny... They would've actually dunked more with moves like Jefferson.

I think He was joking that he had been carrying the team for the past 12 games, and that if they had given him a sprite for each of the games where he'd carried the team he'd have a lot.

The can of Sprite he had been awarded for the player of the previous game + The 10 games before that (In which he should've have been awarded a sprite) + The sprite that he is holding. 10 + 1 + 1= 12

Noah Eskew No. 10 + 1= 11. He said the previous 10 PLUS the one he is holding. You magically added 1.

joydivsion77 no the reporter adds one when she says once again our sprite player of the game... he was also insinuating that he deserves multiple sprites for his performances.
