2013 Yamaha yz450f rebuild, setting up shift drum&segment for assembly 2023/2
Hi guys this episode I’m back at building my dirt bike motor and finding out how to align the segment and shift drum took me a lot of time and though my research in my shop manual and KZread I couldn’t find any help! So thought maybe this video might help someone else👍

A true mechanic like yourself can figure out how things work and now people can do it themselves instead of paying an arm and leg to have the dealer do the same things

Lifesaver! Thought i was gonna have to split my entire crankcase again. Did the exact same mistake with the shift assembly. On my 09 450
