I don't believe anything can make you a happier person than having full control of your body and mind. True freedom comes when you complete awareness of your surrounding and of your own body's potential and limitation. Fear and insecurity are less likely to occur when u have that. Which makes you a much more relaxed and happier person in turn.

I tried to look her up after i got all those cringe dancing routine Shorts recommended to me, "13 TIME WORLD CHAMP!!!!", i couldn't find any actual fight records for her, she doesn't appear Taekwondo Data, or anything like that.

such a cutie but in the real world why I hate TKD today it is a sport now and they teach nothing but false promises and if this little girl got into a real fight she would loose because a fight is not a form sport. the belt system is an American made invention invented by the Japanese when they came to this country and taught Judo to rich white people in the 60s to make money. you don't believe me look it up. the color belts never existed in Korea only in America and this is how the ATA makes there money who ever heard of a camouflage belt. when a child holds the stature of such a high color belt (Black Belt) it is only to get the parent to pay more for some black belt program that is made up for to get more money out of the parent. the child real learns nothing but forms and how to say 1 through 10 in Korea. and if there is anyone out there who disagrees with me I really don't care because the truth hurts and I was suckered in to TKD just like other people have been.

Sebastian Sanfratello I actually agree. I put my young children (6y old) on TKD. I know it won’t prepare them for real life combat, but the belt system motivates them. Once they reach black belt they are old enough for a real world combat sport.
