Hi Whats a good and reliable place to buy this in Sri Lanka? the dealers are quoting atrocious prices, and the one's which are cheaper for around 38 are saying it's a grade 5AA one, but when I checked with Stafford they stated minor collision. I am confused and Don't know where to get one

Cars are released earlier in Japan. So a 2013 model in Japan may be a 2014 model in another country.
