Love my 2013 AWD XF. Have it for one year 8,500 miles. Traded in a 2011 XF and gave up the V8. Slight difference in power, but living in the north-east, can take the trade of power for AWD. Design is beautiful, drive one and you will get head turning smiles every single day from people you pass by.

You guys are lucky!, we don't get the AWD version in UK and Europe. I'm not sure there are any plans to do so either. Having said that, I have the 3.0 diesel S, Best car I've owned so far.

Just update about reliability. They worked out all the problems from the 2009 XF. The 2013-2014 version of the XF now has a 4 out of 5 from JD powers on reliability. Go for at least a 2010 if needed, but they are all using the inefficient V8s.

Those "reliability studies" are outdated and bullshit. I owned three mercs before I bought my XF two years ago and i won't be going back any time soon...apart from replacing a couple of bulbs in the headlight areas, I have had not a single issue with it. Stop tarnishing the Jaguar name

Jaguar is getting better day by day both with its product line up and the quality of the cars. I currently drive a Jaguar XJL and I am tremendously happy with its performance, agility, elegance and how it draws people's attention. I should be honest, I was very apprehensive on buying the Jag and contemplated more for Mercedes-Benz S550. Flipside, wish the mpg was a little better than the rest. I really want to test drive this Jag F-type and eagerly waiting for Jaguar Project X760 ( BMW 3 rival)

God I love Jaguars. So unique, so emotional. They do need to work on the fuel economy though. Audi and BMW have them beat on that for comparable models.

SaltyAntelope63 . I completely agree with your well thought out comment. I am lucky enough to own a XFS, and still thank my lucky stars that I own such a beautiful, elegant, but powerful car. As a 3 litre diesel, I can maintain 32mpg on a regular basis, not 44mpg as stated. However, I never bought a Jaguar for fuel economy, despite the figures quoted. It's a Jaguar, so the magic comes for free. Love it.

i have a question, can someone help ? my parents have this jaguar xf, 3.0 awd. when i let go of the gas, it starts to reduce speed as it should be naturally, but when the speed drops to 40km/h, there is a sudden deceleration, like you can feel it, not slowing down gradually (feel like i stepped on the break a little, but i didn't). and the same thing happen when it drops to 30km/h . anyone know why this is the case? pls help! thanks !
