Amazing playing and amazing tone. This is the way a guitar demo should be done. No talking and just play the damn thing. Playing guitar says more than words. If people need the specs they can Google them.

Hi Martin, you really got a nice feel in your playing. I'm about to buy the same guitar and pickups, you got me convinced! So you used a POD HD500. Did you use an amp (which?) or did you connect it directly in a recording device like a PC?

i have this exact guitar but in black matt color (ibanez rg421ex-bkf), very impressive for it's price

does it have good sustain with stock pickups? i wanna buy a guitar for around 300-350€... any suggestions?

I have the same Guitar. Im thinking about throing in the Semour Duncan Hot Rodded Set. Do you think it is worth the Money and do you just Change the Pickups or the Pots too? In my Ibanez are the stock ones named Ibanez Quantum

Hello, notice this is a natural oil finish....how do you intend to clean the body? Do you use beeswax?

Anyone know if there would be much difference in the feel of this guitar 'like playability wise' compared to an Ibanez iron label series ? This guitar looks mint and it's so much cheaper . I'd really appreciate some opinions Cheers :)

Hey man did you have trouble with the guitar at all when you first bought it? I just got my 421 in today and the fretwork seems to be just awful. No sustain and the slightest bend or vibrato will kill the note. The strings scratch against the frets instead of glide over them. Any chance I just got a bad one?

+Josh Hansen I did not have any trouble, maybe you should send it to a luthier or a guitar tech to adjust the action and polish the frets.

+Lucas Coiro +Lucas Coiro Que tal Lucas, yo creo que en calidad están parejas pero es dificil definirño ya que son guitarras que estan pensadas para cosas distintas, la RG va mas para el lado del guitarrista solista que le onda la onda Vai/Satriani y el heavy metal. La Les Paul es mas Blues Rock, tienen distinto sonido y para mi la RG es mucho mas comoda de tocar. Deberias probarlas y definir cual se adapta más a lo que te gustaria tocar.
