2016 Q50 Red Sport does not have a Maintenance selection. You are the 3rd video that shows the same procedure, but I guess Infiniti did no use the same software options on all cars.

Go to the app garage and you will find the maintenance selection

@@hectorzerquera3941 Yup, it was there, It only allows reminder setups. There are no controls for clearing warnings though. 👍 Well, let me rephrase... I do not have the Maintenance Meter option, but I to have the Maintenance Note section.

@@directoppositeent Yeah, if this video is from an actual Infiniti dealer/representative.... they made a huge blunder with this video. My spouse has the same make/model I have, and she has already went back to the dealer to get 2 problem alerts cleared from her tac-display. It seems that we do not have that ability.

i have a 2017 redsport it doesn’t show up for me too

I just went through the same motions. We have the same exact car 2014 Q 50. It’s not resetting it still flashing on the dashboard and I’ve done it three times and when you go to the picture of the car it does not say reminder like yours said 1, but yet there’s two flashing still, any suggestions?

Actually, after following your videos, I shut off the car and restarted it and they are gone. Thank you so much!

I’m confused at the two different screens. Why does one say 9942 and the other is set at 5000 miles. 🤦🏽‍♀️. I just did this on my 2017 and it did the same thing.

One light is for inspection and the other is for oil change. Inspection is usually done every oil change anyway. If your vehicle is all good I would just reset it.

I did this but now I lost all control on my radio panel !? The buttons doesn’t work, my reverse camera doesn’t show up, my front camera doesn’t show up, I can’t change the radio station, the a.c is stayed running.

I'm sorry that happened to you, but there isn't any buttons on the navigation that can cause all those problems, there is no way to deactivate the cameras and radio. If you still under warranty I would contact your dealer. Some q50 in 2013, 2014 did have radios randomly dying and the dealer would replace them at no charge. The only other thing I would check is the fuse for the radio and make sure it didn't pop. Hope that helps, good luck.

I have the 2015 q50 and my air bag light isn’t blinking it just stays on. Can anyone help me turn it off?

It needs to be checked with s scan tool to see why it's on. Most advanced scan tools can also reset the light and turn it off, but if there is a problem with one of the modules then the light will stay on.

@@jamiejones1816 you cant reset it without a scan tool. There is a reason it's on. You can try to disconnect the battery for 10 sec and that will erase every code of the computer , if the air bag issue is not there anymore it might clear but will also erase your radio stations.
