2012 VROD VRSCDX Night Rod with Danmoto Highwayman exhaust

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

Installed the Danomoto Highwayman 2into1 exhaust with a Power Commander 5. Used the Vance & Hines Competition Series 2in1 map since Dynojet is truly lacking in maps for the Night Rod.
Sound is awesome and much better than stock. Added the exhaust wrap as well.

The exhaust is pretty good quality. Was a pain to install though. And this is not my first time working on bikes.Trick is to leave everything loose before you install muffler. Put on the bottom tube first and then twist it so it fits top. Still was difficult. Watch the youtube video. Very helpful

So after 20 years of telling my poor mom that I would buy a Harley, that's after going through hey R1 a GSXR 1000 a zx9r a ZX-14 and Hayabusa GSXR 1300... I finally pulled the trigger on a V-Rod, I used to want one really bad now I'd rather have a Road Glide the fuck am I glad I bought this bike. That late powerband is just beautiful. 12000 MI $6,000. It's has screaming Eagle pipes for with a tune already but it came with these pipes on the side. After watching this I couldn't be happier she sounds mean as hell

Hey man quick question. What did you use for your o2 sensors? You just removed them? I'm looking for an exaust for my 2016 but I'm Not sure what to do with the o2 sensors. Removed them and if I do how do I prevent the code from coming up on my dash? TIA

Rick vrod it's been a while since this was installed. I know the bongs for the sensors on the exhaust are just plugged up so he is running without. It's my brother-in-law's bike so I don't remember if we bought an attachment or if the Power Commander took care of it.

Hi Sir, What is your fuel consumption with this exhaust? Do you notice any increase? Because in mine 2006 vrod with vance and hines fuelpack, the fuel consumption has increased quite the double.. I am waiting for your answer...

STAMATIOSful fuel consumption has been fine. Not much difference from stock. You might need to play with the fuel maps on your programmer.

It seems to be very close to the ground. How is it To turn right?

+Leonardo Silvano It will scrape the ground on a good lean. Not enough to be bothersome, especially if you just make left turns ;-)

Devon Butler it was a complete unit. Didn’t notice if there was a removable baffle. Just installed as it came out of the box
