I like the Budo aspect you're showing here. Nice to see that you're not promoting the theatrics we see all too often nowadays in tournaments. One question though: where do you have that Ura-Zuki at the beginning from? As far as Nakayama's reference is concerned, it says "Mae-Ude Hineri", which means "Forearm Twist".

What shotokan system is represented here (SKIF, ISKF, JKA)? Very nice BTW.

we are not following any special line like JKA or SKIF, even I have a traditionnal backgroup (Kase)

fuji - san has 135 degree angle. Lived in Japan and trained there.

good and thank you for that , but have some remarks , i think we must close hand when we attaque OTSUKI and we don't moove KAKATO when we attaque MY GERI., thank you for lesson i like it ,

Masters or trainers should be careful no to hit so hard to students, what's the purpose? To show power? Students never get injured under good trainers......

My Trainer was Jacques Van Lerberghe in the eighties in Seiken club and we have appreciated hard training with contacts sometimes! Junior was young and already a good karatéka. Prepare your body or make another sport !
