Customer towed their disabled 2012 Jeep Liberty 3.7L here with a New Alternator and New Battery, and vehicle is still not charging. Fully fielding the alternator shows the Internal voltage regulator in the PCM is at fault. The wire and circuit integrity between Alternator and PCM was verified off camera.
