People always mention the bumper to bumper warranty, which is great, but the powertrain warranty is the best in the business. On the hybrid, the electrical components AND the powertrain are covered by a 10 year/100,000 mile warranty.

I'm watching this as a nice throw back to when I had this car in 2012. Love the review, but I would also like to correct you and say that the 2012 MY Sonata Hybrid in the Canadian market was never offered with cooled seats 02:48. It had heated seats only with HI/LO switch and heated rear seats which I can't recall if they were standard on the base model or optional.

That my first car... It was a great experience driving this car...!

I work for Hyundai as my 2nd job. I handle a lot of Sonatas.... While these are nice, quiet, and does have that sex appeal, the couple grand extra you pay for it being a Hybrid, just isn't worth it? Know why? Theres ONLY a 5 MPG diff between these and the standards

+bowlofarthritus at the highway you are right but one day i got 47mpg highway but city the elantra gets here 18MPG my car gets 29 so no comparison

even in Korea, where this car is made, Toyota have won the market, not so many people buying Hyundai ... don't get me wrong, i'm not against Hyundai, but i will choice the best option - quality / price. And speaking of looks, Toyota Camry looks 150 times better, imho ...

I had the 2013 sonata hybrid fully loaded, but I traded it in because for one it looks like a girl car to me. The front headlights looked too much like sparkling eyeliner. I know it's just my opinion but I liked just about everything else, great job Hyundai.

Incorrect information about HOV lanes given here. The law actually states that only Electric vehicles are permitted to use the HOV lanes and only after they get GREEN plates. In other words, BS.
