At Matador we offer live video viewing on all of our current stock. This can be done on FaceTime, Zoom or a networking app of your choice. In the video you will be shown every detail you wish to see in the car, just like you would with an appointment. You would also be able to ask extensive questions about the car to make sure its the perfect vehicle for you.
Our Click and Collect service allows a customer to buy safely from us without a physical appointment. This means all paperwork will be done online and sent via email and there will be no face-to-face contact with you. When sale is agreed a phone call appointment is made to run through warranty, talking in detail as what you will receive with our standard 6 months Warranty. You will also be given the chance to extend your warranty at an additional cost. You will also be asked about home delivery or a collection date, ensuring the car will always be sanitized ready for your purchase.
