Great channel sir! I LOVE⚾️🧢⚾️🧢⚾️Baseball!🧢⚾️🧢⚾️🧢 Especially older games. About 5+ years ago I started getting sick and it got worse. I was at work and it got so bad they called an 🚑Ambulance🚑 for me. In the emergency room I was diagnosed with severe Bronchial Pneumonia. I was hospitalized🏥🏨🏥 for 10 days. About 5-6 months later 💥bam💥it happened again, and again, and again! 2-4 times per year I was in the 🏥🏨hospital🏨🏥 and it didn't get better. After those stints I was told more great news. The damage the Pneumonia caused was severe. I now had Emphysema, severe COPD. Plus as a bonus, asthma too. I bring this up to point out this. I grew up in the 70's. A Milwaukee Brewers fan my entire life I spent many summers at County Stadium!🏟 Waiting outside after games for the players for autographs. Getting to meet Robin Yount, Paul Molitor, Gorman Thomas, Ben Oglive, Moose Haas, Jim Gantner, Cecil Cooper, and my all-time favorite player Mike Caldwell. He gave me his game worn cap on the last home game of the 1978 season. Whenever I see older games, from ANY time-frame, even any teams I get the nostalgic feeling. I can remember the slogan from back in the day, ⚾️BASEBALL⚾️🧢FEVER⚾️🧢CATCH⚾️IT!⚾️ From the Game of the Week to This Week in⚾️Baseball⚾️ I was in front of the 📺TV📺 watching! Then I joined Little League.⚾️🧢Baseball🧢⚾️ has been an important part of my life since I was 5. When I became sick I had a smart📱phone📱and while I was stuck in either ICU (intensive care) or a regular 🛌bed🛏🛌 I was laying there wondering will I survive? Then the pandemic came. My immune system beaten down by Emphysema/ COPD/Asthma made my survival rate extremely low had I been infected with Covid-19. When I again became extremely ill, a fever of 103.1, coughing, wheezing, hardly able to make it to the🚽🧻toilet,🧻🚽 I was in trouble. I vowed if I made it I'd get vaccinated. It turned out thank God, I didn't have Covid-19, I had Pneumonia AGAIN. Not to be outdone, during this stay I had a minor heart attack and now had AFIB or Irregular Heartbeat. I started to get scared. I felt alone. My family all passed on. As I laid there all those weeks, I had a Playstation Vita, a Nintendo 3DS, a hand-held Yahtzee game(my Mom and I, it was our favorite "board" game), and again my smartphone. I started watching TV, they had a movie channel at the hospital🏥 but I've grown to realize, all of the new movies from Hollywood are HORRIBLE! UNWATCHABLE! Most are politically motivated agenda based 💩POO!💩 Then I went back to You Tube. I quickly realized with fond reverence that movies, sports, and games from the 80's were far better than ANYTHING that was being done now. Then I saw 70's sports and movies. Dirty Harry, Death Wish, my top classic Star Wars, and Jaws. I again realized the past had so much more to offer. Besides that, the memories, the reminiscing of the past, times long gone but still ingrained in our childhood memories. I learned to appreciate how precious and how short life is and HOW FAST TIME GOES BY! Life is so precious and time is always moving. A continuous clock never stopping ✋ until your heart does. Never take it for granted! Life is too short. Time is too fast, and nobody lives forever. Hate is useless! Love can be and IS ETERNAL! Thanks for all of the retro games that you've done! God Bless you and your family! Be safe and take care!
