Hearing his remarks before his scores, I wonder if this was his decision to start representing Canada. Either way, I remember watching this live and I wished he was scored better. I hope he does amazing in the upcoming 2018/2019 season. He’s been waiting for his moment.

Keegan is actually American-born but he has dual citizenship because his mother is Canadian.
