Be careful pulling off those large plastic 'hooks' or hangers, whatever theyre called, on the bottom of the seat. At 8:18, it looks like he just yanks them off, but if you notice his right hand, it's behind the seat squeezing the metal clips with pliers.

A lot of our customers purchase the kit from us and have a local automotive upholstery shop do the installation.
