    Note that there are two holes for disc (and for the drum as well) removal. You should use two bolts at the same time. It is standard thread M8 bolt.

    Shims r bought separately from the pads. The clips u c that go on top of the pads come with the shims

    Do not use the caliper bolts to remove the rotor. They have a finer thread. If you use them you will destroy them.

    the shims with the vertical slots should be on the outside on top of the non slotted shims

    Vertical slots r the inner shim. Look at the dealer pic when it comes to brake assembly.
