To all of you that have appreciated this marvelous performance by the Cuda Chorus, thank you so much. I've shared your comments with these fine young performers. I did want to pass along some sad news. Shortly after this performance, John Rose, the Choral Director was diagnosed with ALS, known as Lou Gehrigs disease. He was able to continue teaching for three years, then had to retire as he lost mobility, The disease finally took his life last year. He is sorely missed, but we remember him through his students and performances such as this. You honor his memory by continuing to share this piece with the community.... Thank you!

It is more of a Church singing choir. That is why So many churches across the world adopted this song with out knowing the meaning of the song

For us indians it might be an old song, but I can see in them, the interest and effort to learn a song and to perform it in a different language really makes me proud. Hats Off......great show.....really liked it!

my high school chorus is singing this song in our last concert of the year, im a soprano, which means i have one of the hardest parts... it is an extremly hard song to learn

Thank you so much for your kind comments. At the time the song was presented to the choir, they did not believe that they could learn it, but their Director convinced them that they could. They worked so very hard and were able to deliver a pretty impressive performance, even more so hearing your comments.
