As a kind of industrial cloth, carbon fiber cloth has many kinds, and different types are also used in different fields. Next, what are the applications of carbon fiber cloth?
First, it can be divided into:
1. PAN-based carbon fiber cloth (more than 90% of the carbon fiber cloth on the market); 2. Adhesive-based carbon fiber cloth; 3. Asphalt-based carbon fiber cloth
Second, according to the different carbon fiber specifications, it can be divided into:
1, 1K carbon fiber cloth; 2K carbon fiber cloth; 3K carbon fiber cloth; 3K carbon fiber cloth; 4, 12K carbon fiber cloth; 5, 24K and above large fiber bundle carbon fiber cloth
Third, according to the carbonization of carbon fiber, it can be divided into:
1. Graphite carbon fiber cloth can withstand the high temperature of 2000-3000 degrees; 2. Carbon fiber cloth can withstand the high temperature of about 1000 degrees; 3. Pre-oxidized carbon fiber cloth can withstand the high temperature of 200--300 degrees
IV. According to the different weaving methods, it can be divided into:
1. Woven carbon fiber cloth, mainly including: plain cloth, twill cloth, satin cloth, one-way cloth, etc.
2. Knitted carbon fiber cloth, mainly including: warp knitting cloth, weft knitting cloth, round machine cloth ( casing), horizontal machine cloth (ribbed cloth), etc.;
3. Woven carbon fiber fabric cloth , mainly including: casing, coil root, braided belt, two-dimensional cloth, three-dimensional cloth, three-dimensional woven cloth, etc.;
4. Carbon fiber pre-impregnated cloth, mainly including: dry pre-impregnated cloth, wet pre-impregnated cloth, one-way pre-impregnated cloth, pre-impregnated belt, no to cloth, to cloth, etc.
5. Carbon fiber non-woven fabric, nonwoven fabric, that is, carbon fiber felt, carbon felt, including short-cut felt, continuous felt, surface felt, needle felt, stitched felt, etc.
