Buehrle holds the distinction of being the only pitcher in MLB history to face a complete game minimum 27 batters - THREE times.

Realizing that Dwayne Wise was subbed in center right before his amazing catch makes it so much better

What an incredible call by Hawk Harrelson. That man signifies what it meant to be the voice of a team. The passion is just electric and adds so much to the moment.

I almost never see Wise's catch in great sports highlights. I agree with the annoucer. To me, that is one of the greatest plays I've ever seen, all things considered.

Why don't more pitchers work as quickly as Buehrle?? It's awesome.

I watch this video when I need inspiration. The silence of the crowd as the ball is hit to deep center before wise makes the catch then the eruption of the crowd makes the catch is what baseball is about. Followed by hawks most enthusiastic "he gone" and the classic "alleeeeexxxxxxxiii" . Amazing video

they barely have time to show replays because of how fast Buerhle works

Mark Buehrle was an under rated pitcher. Always threw strikes. Had command of his pitches and reminded me of Jim "Kitty" Kaat when he played for the Sox. Get him the ball and no messing around. Done in

I am not even a Sox fan but that catch by Wise and the call of the final out give me chills.

I'm so happy I saw this live. I had just gotten home from getting Topps baseball cards when the game started. I'm not even making that up.

I still remember being at that game, we were in the upper deck along the third base side and man was it exciting right as it was all happening.
