Sounds like moisture in one of the packs. Had the same issue once when I had the car fully detailed. Some water had gotten down the opening for coil pack and made the plugs misfire.

That's interesting, never thought of that, the car has been having MAF issues and codes for the last several months and I can't seem to track down the issue. Replaced the entire MAF and still throwing that code.

Did you figure it out? I also hear that sound sometimes. Please let me know how I can solve the problem.

I didn't it ended up going away but now I've been having MAF issues.

So I never actually figured it out, it disappeared after a few weeks.

its only running on about 4 cyl

Mine disappeared after a few weeks, went and checked my paperwork and never had it worked on.

Usually this is an issue with a diaphragm inside of the valve cover. I just repaired the same issue on my R32. I did the repair on my own in about 3 hrs. Repair shop wanted to charge me 5 hrs of labor plus a new valve cover. www.rkxtech.com/collections/engine/products/36-pcv-diaphragm
