Hi there You are my best guide to solve my similar situation. I just order a new one . But when I put it, the car won’t start unless is coded?

So I was having trouble with my 09 Mercedes Benz c350...no turn signals, or wipers, nor high beam. And my fan ran on high just as you said. I changed the SAM module with one that has the exact same part number. Now I have no cruise control and still no turn signals or wipers or high beam and my fan still runs on high!!! Could it be something else?

Good morning to you. 80% of SAM issues are due to corrosion caused by condensation moisture & dust?. If yes, how about taking out SAM still in good working condition, to be cleaned, dried out gently & then spare with a thin layer of CRC urethane spray just onto the PCB board. This would be like a PM. Too thick a layer of urethane spray might trap more heat in the PCB board?. For each cleaned up terminal connection will a drop of WD40 or thin application of dielectric grease be advisable?. Regards.

The distributor boxes the wires have to go in a specific way or can be connected in any slot that fits?

My 08 c300 fan comes on high at all times and signal lights do not work all the time as well as the horn and wipers and some days they all work but the fan has been on high continuously so I took your advice and swapped that fuse box but the fan still on high any information would be appreciated on fixing this thank you
