That’s what I started to say until I cut myself off. With God’s grace, you will continue to be successful for many years to come!
First off, thanks Anthony for your KZread channel and the honest business you operate. I’m sure you have nothing but appreciative customers that don’t have any worries purchasing any car from you. Your passion shows like a bright light in your for sale videos. I have a garage kept 2007 STS4 with135,000 miles on it and it’s still looks and drives like new. I’ve been driving Cadillac’s since I got first got my drivers license in 1973 and my STS4 is the one I’ve kept the longest out of many Cadillac’s I have owned in the past. I just recently put a brand new set of vogue tires on my White pearl with Cream color interior STS4 and it looks so nice! I’m hoping to keep my STS4 for many more years to come. Since I retired 4 years ago I haven’t been driving that much like I did, when I was commuting to work and only put about 5000 miles on it in 4 years. Cadillac did have a recall on this model for the timing chain problem, but it was covered and didn’t cost me a dime for the repair. I love my STS4!
I own a 2010 v6 sts awd. All im going to say is this car has been the most reliable car I have ever owned. Literally put over 100k miles and all i changed was tires, brakes and oil. Literally no problems whatsoever.
Like Anthony I enjoy seeing these cars returning to the shop. They come back with a few more miles and someone has enjoyed them for a while. Back in the shop for a ✔ up.. Back on the road to a new own to enjoy. It may end up in the hands of someone who just missed last time it was for sale. So another smiling happy customer will enjoy it. Papa 🐻
I like to remove the dealer ID on my cars. In case you weren't aware, it's very easy to get them off by spraying WD-40 on them aiming towards where they're affixed to the body. Usually you can start pulling them off almost right away as the WD-40 melts the adhesive. Just couple more shots once you pull them off gets any additional adhesive off and you're good to go. Just wash the car with soap and water to get off the excess. I usually take the dealer ID thing off first before I start making them ready for sale. One reason I don't leave on dealer ID is it kind of announces "used car here" especially if you intend on adding your own license plate frames from your dealer.
This is an excellent example of the new angular design Cadillac went with which I loved. Another awesome upload!!
For the North Star haters, I have an 07 DTS with 198,000 miles, never been apart, uses no oil, runs like a new one.
17:37 That should be for voice commands, if the car comes equipped with that feature. Look at the icon on the button.
Here comes the Northstar haters and here are some facts about Northstars; Some of the original early Northstar engines from 1993 to about 1998 experienced early head gasket failures. This was because the head gasket material wasn’t sufficient for the application, and the head bolts were too short, and didn’t hold torque properly. Cadillac utilized a head gasket with improved material construction and lengthened head bolts in the later engines which greatly reduced the issue. They also issued cooling system sealing tablets to use when coolant was flushed every two to three years. As long as the owner is meticulous about cooling system maintenance, later Northstars like this one should be fine. Another issue was excessive oil consumption. Northstar engines have low tension piston rings. This helped keep the top rings on the piston lubricated as well as improve fuel economy. It will create a slight increase in oil consumption. Changing oil frequently, 4,000-5,000 miles max, even if the oil life monitoring wants to let you go further, and using synthetic oil will help. Also, stick with the recommended weight. Northstar engines typically shouldn’t consume any more than 1 quart of oil every 2,500 to 4,000 miles. This low mileage, later Northstar will be fine for many many miles if properly maintained.

I had one of those, same year. Kidney Bruising Ride, where you feel every crack and pebble on the road. Those 50 series tires certainly don't help the Ride. Mine was Gold Mist, it Hid dust very well, I went several years between Car Washes, didn't drive in the Winter, as it would get stuck in 4 inches of snow, even with Blizzacks

Hi Anthony, maybe your subscribers can confirm this comment. The 2009 "Cash for Clunkers" federal buyback program has destroyed an entire generation of what could have been drivable, reliable, affordable used cars - the effect of which will haunt the used car market for years. Owners of some of the cars you love, Anthony, were offered better than market rate value to apply to purchase a new car with better gas mileage. The "clunkers" were completely scrapped, engines destroyed, and the cars crushed or shredded.

I considered one of these back in the day but AWD. Also the V8 with nav & Bose headrest speakers, etc. Really wanted to like it, but in the end, I liked the similarly equipped CTS 3.6 GDI better. I gave away power, but the whole car just felt more involved from a driving standpoint (granted it has performance suspension and summer tires - those I ended up regretting). The STS felt flabby in comparison. By and large I preferred CTS interior look & ergonomics too. Not a question of affordability, though admittedly nice to save a good chunk of change. Maybe I just didn't need this much size. Wonder if I would feel the same today head to head. Or if I'd do black cherry today - but it was distinctive!
Fender ports only came on refresh models, they did look tacked on.
Damn check this baby out!!
Beautiful car! Wish you would mention the hp and trim level. This car looks well equipped, but was it the top model? I know it wasn't because of the RWD.

I absolutely love it!! My only concern would be returning it in SUCH a short time. Did he come across "issues" that soon or??? It's totally stunning for such a dinky car. I don't know anyone with small enough feet to fit in that rear floor space but doesn't bother me one freakin bit! That car is GORGEOUS. Lower the price and I'll strongly consider it. Peace.

Anthony wouldn't ever knowingly sell a problem. His reputation made him. I've bought over 20 vehicles online since about 2003 & I can tell you I wish just one of those 20 or so sellers had anything close to Anthony's integrity. The only reason I never bought is timing. One time the time was right and I had the room but saw the video too late. There are a few other excellent honest sellers like Anthony, but they don't sell what Anthony sells. Anthony's well earned reputation is worth 100% the premium you pay. I should also include papa Bear. It's quite apparent Anthony is who he is, thanks to his parents.

In 2004 they finally used the head bolts from the Corvettes which pretty much cured the head gasket issues. Also the oil leaks were sealed up better. The late model Sevilles, and all the STS and DTS Northstars were great. I own a Seville and STS.

Beautiful automobile . This Northstar platform trusted more than the FWD setup.
This is wonderful example of a car which in my area I witnessed depreciate early and vanish faster than any Buick or Pontiac. I’m not sure why but these cars didn’t do it. They just didn’t hit the vein. Not enough chrome in the design for a big Cadillac I guess.

Probably the seatbelt got stuck when the door was closed to cause the ding on the door pillar.
