amazing. his rings are GREATLY improved! thats an incredible dismount. and p-bars, high bar, and vault were looking NICE. very hard difficulty on all. floor looked a little weak, and he twisted into the ground on his vault, tho. and phommel horse-wow! never seen him fall

Yeah it's unbelievable! After all that hard work... It'll really suck not being able to see him there! However on the other hand it's good news for Raj, who's dream finally came true! He's replacing Paul in the team after being the alternate once again...

You're absolutely right. I meant to say pommel horse (not high). Sorry, my bad.

rings I agree, but if they do asymmetric bars, they could do high bar as well, and certainly the pommel horse as well as parallel bars

I think alot of people are really upset Paul can't go to the Olympics. It's great for Raj but as a spectator of the sport I wanted Paul there to defend the title he rightfully won. Anyone who remembers ALL the details of 2004 knows that the Korean Gymnast had done an improper move that would have cost him the 1/10th everyone was complaining had been given to Paul unfairly so that evened that out and Paul won. What a shame he can't go back

Well, it's gonna be really hard that's for sure... there's quite a bit of competition, and Yang Wei of china is gonna be really hard to beat. Also Paul recently broke his wrist... hopefully he'll be fully recovered in time to compete!
