The 2008 to 2016 Super Dutys need some bass. There's absolutely no doubt about it. Even the trucks with the premium audio package are a bit lacking in a powerful bass note, but our friends over at Kicker Audio are here to help with their Vehicle Specific Solution (VSS) Substage Kit for the 2008-2016 F250 and F350 SuperCrew trucks. This kit is a full enclosure that comes with a large 10" Kicker Subwoofer powered by its own 200-watt Kicker amplifier that gives your F250 or F350 more bass and more depth than the factory subwoofer and makes for an absolutely huge sound quality improvement on the Super Dutys with base audio. The kit is designed to bolt into your truck in place of the optional stock subwoofer, and use existing bolt holes in the floor of your truck behind its rear seats so that you don't need to come up with a custom mounting solution in order to get an excellent sound quality upgrade for your Ford Super Duty.

I want to install an efficient amplified 8"sub in a pre-built enclosure under the rear left seat of my 2006 F150 Supercab. Does Ford have a pre-wired (power, speaker and trigger harness) under the seat for its factory powered sub enclosure?
Will this work if I just have a xlt super dirty ?
I just went with the powered JL Audio 208 micro sub.

If you have a 2011+ with Sub, why not use the wires going to the sub -- for power and signal? they are pre-amp, in some sort of way. Because the new SD with Sub do not work the way this video shows.

If I have a factory stock crappy stereo with no OEM subwoofer will the wiring still be there and just unused?

Has any one bought this system can you please give any feedback I have a 2010 harley davidson with the premium Sony sound system but the bass its crap

700 dollars for this and still doesn’t come with a new amp....

It actually does, the system is powered by its own 200-watt Kicker amplifier

Just swap the sub out no need for all that
