2007 Yamaha TW 200 Cylinder Base Gasket Replacement
Alright guys, appreciate you stopping by the channel. Today, we replace the leaking cylinder base gasket on our 07 TW 200. It was leaking pretty good and it was time. I really like the Japanese Vesrah gasket sets. We've been using these for years without a single issue. I will leave links below for parts and materials used in the video.

That looks great! I'm using your vid to aid me in putting my buddy's TW back together. What tool did you use for suction when you sucked the oil out? It looked like a hand pump, but I couldn't see.
1. So did you catch the O ring before you put the head back on or did you have to do a 2nd tear down?
What's the mileage, that looks pretty clean inside.
We have problem, gasket fell in casing along with circular clip to piston head lol whoops suggesyions? I have both sides off head off and still cant find the gosh dam things
