Well, I think now Nordine Oubaali is really excellent. Especially recently he retained his world title from a top Japanese boxer. But in this match, Zou really put too many clean hits on Nordine. Before 2010, Zou although always doesn't have enough power, however he has the best scoring skills, highest speed and most agile footwork. All of these that Zou owns, are the correct way to win in amateur boxing.

@MechPhantom The old scoring system being used here was tricky. There's five judges and three out of the five must push a button (red or blue) when a punch is landed. All three MUST be within 1 second of each other in order for the punch to count. The new system that will be used for the first time at this years US Championships is a bit different.

@edemvedson what I meant by was that a few miscounted punches usually do not change the outcome especially in the 10 point scoring system.

@wiredtoawall Yeah, just pause it..........wasn't a punch. I guess with his experience and long history he gets the slight edge on the judges "reaction time". Glad they're doing away with this scoring system......the new scoring seems to be a little better. We'll see.......

@wiredtoawall Lol.....no it doesn't. He moves to his left and counters. Plus....even if it did land it doesn't meet the requirements of an effective punch. He didn't deserve that point. Look at it closely......pause it. Look at how he moves his head to avoid the punch then counters....... it doesn't land.
