Everything was installed correctly and the screen has an image but the sound and the original rear bed are not working. Can you give me the reference of your Canbus? And can you tell me why the original rear camera doesn't work?

Hello I'm fine thanks I suggest you ask your Media Player provider to solve your problem, also I think that you need to have a Canbus Decoder for your car to make stering well to work. My seller provided me that Canbus Decoder module and pointed what I have to do. I can not tell you what wire is because maybe it is like mine here and also navigation has different colors and wires and I don't wanna share a bad advice to you. Please understand that. What's that connector you speak about that white/black one isolated in plastic bag... from 24:46? That is from original canbus and provides to MMCS a few functions that you will loose. You loose AC climate indicators and possibilities to adjust some settings of car advanced features like mirrors plying that can be accessed from original MMCS system.

First try a local seller and if you not find try on eBay or Aliexpress sites. Search acording to your car (have or not have Rockford Fosgate amplifier onboard!?) if you not have amplifier then you can get it cheaper, but if you have take a look what you buy first and before buying...hope that helps you...

Hi, I'm also interested to know CANBUS Box number, it's the black box with 20p connector which you connected on harness and left it inside. You showed it at 24:18 on your video. Thanks.

​@@yotsa72 what do you want to know? Canbus box is designed to power-up rockford amplifier and it is made specifically for mediaplayer model you buy and of course car model you have.

But I repeat is only made for this model from Cartouch (searched to buy another one same like mine but no success cannot be found) I purchased another canbus box but not work with my Media Player (the socket of box is same pins and model but canbus box not work). So please when buy a Media Player like mine buy from the seller canbus decoder too. Hope that's was helpful.

Hi there 👋 please check if you have same Rockford Fosgate amplifier on your car and if have check for canbus decoder that also power on your amplifier. Also check if your android unit is well connected and no wrong connections at wires level. Comunicate with your android unit dealer to help you. You forgot to tell if your unit is working and only sound is missing... Hope this advices will help you to figure out what is your problem or mistake.

Hello! if you have image on screen and navigation work ok all cables is well connected and is no sound 90% is from canbus settings/box model that not fit with car/or navigation unit.
