I own the 2006 Lincoln Mark LT. It's the beautiful Smokestone Metallic color. I was one of the First owners of the Mark LT. Ford sent me a Replica/ Model of the first Mark LT. The original one I owned was Black in color. The Truck still looks brand new after sixteen years. I had to replace the Timing Chains, Motor Mounts, & Exhaust Manifolds recently. I'm a professional mechanic, so it was a piece of cake.

Why didn't they just call it the F-150 Pimp Edition?

They VERY RARE in New York, well everybody used to have one, then sold them for Ford Raptors😂😂😂

My favorite part was the "beep","beep","beep","beep","beep","beep" when pressing the tuning button. I enjoyed this video! It's nice looking and neat!

This is where the Ford F-150 Platinum originated from! The Lincoln Mark LT was the best ford to ever been made, personally I own a Platinum but the LT always been better in my opinion. I would love to own one but now it's getting almost rare to own one of these.

I've only ever seen 6 of these on the road, one of them I saw was at a construction site for some reason

I have one just like this, I love it! I'm a cabinetmaker and every time I show up for an install I get compliments. Lots of power and comfort

The final year that the Lincoln Mark LT was ever produced was actually 2014 and that was in Mexico but for the US, 2009 was the final year and the Lincoln Mark LT is just a Ford F-150 with luxury items before the Ford F-150 Platinum came out

Drove an 06 Ford fusion for years and somehow they made those door speakers kick HARD. I've had two 12 inch subs in every one of my cars (fusion wasn't mine) so I know what bass is, obviously you can't compare some stock door speakers to subs even if they were 6x9's but I have yet to hear a car's stock system have that much bass even when they come stock with a little sub. I'm assuming this truck being a Ford and about the same year it's probably similar.

Bad ass truck! I got a 2007 Silver one. I got mine certified pre-owned, in 2012! It looks exactly like my truck. The only exception is mine doesn't have the sunroof!

I just think this truck, and the Blackwood, were ahead of its time. This vehicle would be more popular nowadays, since folks buy trucks for aesthetics now rather than practicality.

I want one of these bad boys so bad..... I currently have a 07 silverado crew cab I mainly use for my business. It's a great truck and all and the vortex in it is a great engine. I fuckin love the luxury of these .... And I like the looks like f this over the Cadillac truck

That is a cool truck. It's like a limited number luxury version of the Ford F150. Also, previously, Lincoln tried to make the Blackwood, another truck based on the F150 and it failed.

the 2005-2008 Lincoln Mark LT was assembled in Dearborn, Michigan, USA but in the mexican market its still in production

It is identical to the F150 but with Lincoln emblems. the leather style is a little different, gauges too. the nav/radio is an option on the F150. and yes the stock FORD stereo kicks ass for stock. I will get a vid of my F150 as soon as I clean it up a little.

Its not just the badges. Lincoln is Ford's luxury brand. The interior is custom Lincoln leather seats, with both front and rear heated seats. The control panels are the same as the navigators. Plus lincoln has extra chrome, or color scheme packages. Lincoln marks have more customizable options then the f150. They look more clean then the f150 as well.

yes we get it, its a Ford with a Lincoln bage, its luxurious, the same way the Lincoln Town Car is a more luxurious version of a Crown Vic., the same way that the Navigator is more luxurious version of an Expedition, deal with it!! -_- - love this truck by the way!!

@dachickenwang1 The Viper alarm probably has a remote start feature. My Ram has a Hornet system and it has remote from Hornet. lol They can be pain in the ass sometimes.

Looks nice but I believe unless you could buy one new you'd be ahead of the game just by buying a Ford XLT Lariat. Platinum or whatever as long as it was Ford instead of Lincoln. I remember a time when engine's were graded in the factory. Lincoln engines and Mercury engines were a step up for various reasons over the engines coming in the Ford even though they were the same displacement. And it was the same for transmissions. But that kind of thing was less and less over the years and especially once they phased Mercury out. There might be still some testing before same displacement engine's get chosen for Ford or Lincoln. Sometimes there's different features. Like let's say a 2.0 Ecoboost engine. One might have VVT on both exhaust and intake and something else and the other only have it on one side. But usually Lincoln has it the year before Ford. Like Buick Electra Park Avenue had it before LeSabre. I don't know. I'd think I'd have to talk to someone in Saginaw, Massena, Defiance or Tonawanda or the Cleveland or Windsor or Lima foundries before I'd know for sure. *"That's the reason I'm looking for a Lincoln Blackwood." That has the Lincoln intech. Good engine. A few issues in the earlier version but I think they smoothed most of them out by 99 or so. I think you need the 2000 and up for 87 octane. Nah, you couldn't pay me enough to want one. But I'm not your wallet so you do you. I'd be in a GMC Denali long before.

@celsovera91 yeah but the blackwood's bedside fenders were made oif real wood, very very rare to find a blackwood anymore. as for this truck, i'd rather have a lariat or king ranch f150, no need to spend the extra money for a lincoln badge.
