Hi brothers, adding to a few comments. Try a small D bar clamp that woodworkers use. It's much easier than the C clamp. Also, loosen the bleed screw and set a hose on the nipple, ðrain it into a container when you compress the pistons. It's way easier to get the pistons back. No reason to push filthy brake fluid back into the system. And change the brake fluid while you are it! Btw, on the rear, you can unbolt the electric motor on the rear caliper and manually unscrew the parking brake back into the caliper.

You can use the old brake pad against the pistons then use the clamp to push both at the same time

Were you ever able to do your back breaks ? I’m seeing many videos showing you have to use a scanner to disengage the parking break does that not apply to the front?

The rotors fit in 2006 A8 ??

I could only guess for your car. Keep in mind the calipers you have and wheels. may be different which could restrict. 2006 is a D3 model.

I have the same exact model to the tee. Are there different size rotors for the front?
