The OG 6.1 SRT8 is a true muscle car engine and still is. The mods you can do it is endless. Other than the Hellcat this is Mopar at it's best right here.

absolutely bad ass and amazing. makes me want to get a 2007 SRT8.

the 2005 to 10 6.1 is preferred over the newer ones even the 392. I totalled mine in 2022 and about to get me another one within the next month or so. I love the formula, big sedan, powerful engine, rear wheel drive. I could get in this car and drive all day with out a care in the world.

My gf has a bone stock '05 300 C class AWD 5.7 Hemi... We call it The Beast. Everyone that rides in it also calls it a beast. She's a good ride. Edit it does have flowmasters lol

Have an ‘05 Magnum RT and have to agree! She’s a beast! *edit* Have the flowmaster as well as a Spectre intake. Got her up to 130+ on a drive through South Dakota, and she was still picking up speed! Not to bad for a 5000lb car!

There's a guy here that has one of those it sounds awesome I can tell it's got work done to it also definitely a head turner

Did the owner say what was done to the engine? You said bored over, wonder if they did any porting work or a cam. Sounds very healthy! I love the 300's, I had an Inferno Red Hemi 300C that I traded in on my 11 SRT8 Challenger. My 300 was a great car. That being said... I am a Challenger lifer :)

500 HP to the wheels? The only engine mod was it was bored? No cam, heads, intake? How many litres is the engine now? I hope the wrap looks better in person than it does on video.

I have a 300c srt8 6.1L hemi 2007 model first engine thay drouped into the 2005 challengr I think its even better than a 6.4L Hemi I'm holding on to mine like gold now that dodge ant makeing any more hemi
