2006-2010 Ford Fusion Oil Leak Fix

My 2007 Ford Fusion 3.0L Duratec V6 had a slight oil leak that was causing an oil burning smell in the garage. I decided to dig into it and found the seal at the driver side of the front exhaust cam had a small leak. I no longer have the car anymore but the fix wasn't really that difficult at all. Comment any questions you have and I'll do my best to help you out. If you find this video useful at all give it a thumbs up. I'm sorry this video is shaky and poorly filmed. I did this a long time ago.

On newer engines the seal isn't serviceable. You have to replace the entire retainer bracket as it is all one molded plastic piece. part #6B293

The puller for removing the pulley is a steering wheel puller similar to this. amzn.to/3OG4JVm Most parts stores have them to rent. Definitely not $1000. It's not a difficult job.
