The problem is the 3rd/4th+ owners. They only have $5k to their name, want to look cool, buy this and let it fall apart because you're still maintaining an $80-100k vehicle. IMHO, when it comes to Range Rovers, you need to vet the owners as much, if not more than the truck itself. If you can afford a $30k normal car, you can afford to own a $5-10k range rover.

Lr3 build for sure!!! Let’s see a snorkel, lift kit, larger tires and maybe a winch. I have one myself minus the winch for now tho.

Ahhh I've gotta say. My least reliable car I've ever owned was my 05 RR. I was the second owner, purchased with low mileage, etc. I maintained it impeccably, but it was something BIG $$$$ every month. Timing chain guides, VANOS, water pump, radiator at 70k miles, although the TCG were preemtive the VANOS units made a horrible diesel noise. Catalytic converter went out not far from that, then suspension components started failing. Keep in mind, it hadn't even hit 90k miles yet. My 2008 SC RR made it to 200k miles with ONLY front air suspension bags, and a rear differential lock motor. I sold it at 99k miles for $10,000 Still loved it. But my Disco 2s were much more reliable. Hell, my Range Rover Classic was a more reliable daily. It only left me stranded once, the day after rescuing it out of a field.

The Ironic point being yours was a BMW engine and being German you kind of expect reliability as standard...but they stank in the RR.

2004 vogue. Love it and still own it. Still luxury. Smitten once driven. 4.4 petrol - diesel later models, suck.

I've seen this truck in person and it is super clean, I think it's the BMW L322 to own. Also a really quick way to tell if it is the early L322 is the headlights, grill, and front bumper. The headlights and grill are squared off like the P38 and the front bumper is flat across the front. The 06+ have a semi-circle intrusion from the headlight into the grill, and the grill cuts down into the bumper.

They're the best looking of all the L322s. BMW nailed the original L322 design. They got more and more garish through the generations.

It has almost no ware and tare no scratches dings interior is great. Does anyone know what might be wrong with it?
