I see that you sold it, but for others that are looking. Quicksilver (Mercury) PWC synthetic 2-stroke oil is the only oil I've found that meets Yamaha specs. "Exceeds JASO FD and ISO EGD". Mine has 15,000 miles & runs like a champ.

I sold it only because a wanted one that was a little bigger. I got a Honda Reflex 250. It extended the range of my trips and opened up some of the bigger, busier roads. However, all of that being said.... I still feel that the Zuma is the best 50cc Scooter out there!!!!!

You don't need a converter to wire both the high beams of both the low beams to function at the same time. I've been running them this way for 10 years with no problem. I just ran jumper wires between both lights. It required nothing more than two pieces of wire cut to about 9 inches in length.

It's a two stroke, it doesn't have an oil sump. The oil is mixed with gasoline which lubricates the engine.

A little later, I'm going to be checking out a 2004 Zuma with 2077 miles on it. The asking price is $1900.00. Not sure if that's a good price or not. It looks new for it's age. Can I get your opinion on the price? Thanks.
