No it’s not, it was a big hit all the way to the Philippines, and there were no Spotify back then. Just radio or you purchase her single from a mixed hits tape.

back when I was in highschool this song was everywhere. in a clubs, in a caffe's, in shopping malls and boutiques.. it was such a hit :)
