my little bro just got this zr-7s it is his 2nd bike he had a ninja 250 first. but this is a good starter bike also. my walk around is retarded but nice for people who have not seen one.

This bike is actually oil cooled. (notice the large cooler on the front of the motor underneath the fairing). It is configured for torque and can be much more than a "starter/learning" bike. With a passenger it has descent acceleration in any gear at any rpm. As a sport/tour utilitarian bike it is cheap to ride, insure and can carve roads with the best of them!
The neat thing about this bike is it's basically a modern GPZ 750.It's actually quite surprising how many parts are interchangeable between the two.
