As others have said, not dropping the trans is not really a labor saver as you are working at odd angles and dangles. Really quicker just to drop trans. plus you can clean the inside front of the trans. A trick is to get 2 or 4 bolts like like the ones that hold the trans in place, but about 6" long. Cut the bolt heads off and screw them into the block thru the trans mounting holes so you can use them as guide pins. Remove all the other trans bolts and slide the trans back along the bolt/guide pins. Same on re-install. Makes it MOOCHO easier.

Another way to keep the clutch plate aligned is to center the plate on the pressure plate[right way round ] mark with pen then put a few drops of super glue between them and pop the plate on in the right position.The clutch will free on first try. Bob UK>

That cars left hand drive mine was right hand drive (or the other way around ) really struggeled to get the gear box over far enuff would of been alot less pain to just remove it straight up

good luck trying to get warranty on the new parts, first question you will get asked if whether the flywheel has been machined, if not, warranty void! Also, did I see the the car resting on a tyre with a brick on it? Great way to show what NOT to do, you must use stands. This is a very irresponsible video, someone is going to hurt themselves after watching this video and trying the same things!

if u have to do this on this car, in a backyard dont bother get a new car its not worth it. Just wreck car and get whateva u can 4 it.
