Its a cool story that you bought it from a guy who passed away and it was still clean and low miles, He probably loved that car and it carries his spirit that you kept it a car of passion

From one Panther owner to another, Love It!

My 2010 NM State Police Interceptor is my Drag Car! Upgrades are 26psi injectors, modified cold air box using the stock box! A larger throttle body with a custom air tube to the air box... plus the biggie is the 3.73 locker gear set that alone throws you back in the seat :) Also running a TransComand and a 3 clutch locker turque converter with a lock out so its about bullit proof in front of my 4R100 trans that barely fits... but Its installed it for the 5.8/351 Windsor motor I'm building for this 'Black Knight' :) OH! Also swapping the nose to a 2004 Grand Marques front end :)

I got the same headlights. They definitely make the car look different. Also have the same mount on the amp. Perfect location. Clean vic my man, im into police interceptors but this thing is clean.

I have yet to experience an auction purchase or something along those lines. Yes we are a little bit further apart. Maybe we can make something work out. I seen a KZread video with same year crown Vic and guy was running a gt500 wing and it looked great and perfect fit

For Assetto Corsa there is a crown mod with Japanese-style body kit and wheels. Good wheels + the condition of the car in the video is very good.

I wish we got these here in Australia; would be an awesome cruiser with the Barra turbo & ZF auto.

If you would, let this guy know he can actually move the phone charger behind the little middle panel that removes by pulling (wood on it), then stuff it through into the glove box so you can just tuck it in there while not in use; looks cleaner

And thanks for the indirect tip about the door thing, my passenger side has been all weird like that for ages and now I know why; also the marauder bumper fitting on the regular car pretty decently was a good part of the video imo, great close ups on that; I recently got into a minor accident due to road conditions and was thinking about swapping to a marauder bumper on my MGM due to the fog lights, was gonna make the driver side an intake, come up into my k&n since rn it’s just kinda there with no air coming to it with engine heat all over the thing. Also getting a wrap around pushbar Monday so I’m all in for these types of videos lol

Love the 03 LX Vicky! Odd thought, my 2003 LX does not have the digital dash, mine has the stock dash guage package I want to swap out for the Mustang GT to get the tacometer... I've noticed that if you turn of the OD she will shift quicker and get into 3rd gear faster!

i deleted those silencers, totally worth it. sounds like its sucking the hood into the motor!

Love the whale. It seems as though some forged internals are going to be needed before the turbos. Check out my build performance wise I think it’s where you’re heading.

Love the $.99 battery terminals... The open strands will let corrosion all up inside the cables. Probably the #1 mistake I see that people do to cars.

My 03' had 170k so 150k is still pretty good. About time for a timing set lol

Are there signs to look for when the timing tune up comes up? Is there noise or loss of power? Asking for a friend 👀 😂

Yes, you will usually hear the timing chain rattle a little bit on start up. It's signs the tensioners are bleeding down. When you start it back up it rattles a bit till you get oil pressure. When it gets bad you hear the timing chain if you Rev the engine and let off. That's the signs you chain guides are breaking apart.

For the door rivets I think you can add a new one or replace it with a nut an bolt

Do you need to replace calipers to use power stop pads and rotors?

I own a 99 crown vic, stock aside from a custom paintjob. Would love to know of any coilovers i can put on a 99.

great to see a vic with civilian door moldings. (of course because its an LX) The CVPI molding make me want to throw up. Especially the fact that they end at the front door and miss the fender. If any of mine were p71s it would be an immediate swap lol

I agree about the molding ending at he front door, it look incomplete…but I like moldings in general, nice little accessory

First time I've ever heard the word "donk" used to refer to something other than a 1970s Impala/Caprice...

How did he get 19x9.5 to fir the front without hitting?

On my lx the code for the driver door is in the trunk on the right side. Just fold some of the carpet and you should see it. Might make it easier than fumbling for your keys to unlock the door.

@@LoveWhatYouDrive no tune needed , the only modification I did was cut the fuel rail guard about 1.25” and a longer pcv hose , best mod I did besides 373s with a LSD

Ye so in the video Anas says that he should’ve switched the header panel but he didn’t, so he modified a ruined marauder bumper that had a hole in it and made it fit without further modifications to the car

The Vic’s dope but theirs a lot of simple things you could do for little to no money to make it perform way better. Homie Seams to be pretty mechanically Inclined, he just doesn’t seam to have been given the right information.

The front fenders and the doors are completely different shades of the paint....?
