Where are the adjustments for the fuel and air and the idle?

I will see if i can find you a link to show you better where the Idle screw is... its higher up the carb.. closer to the top... and on a 2 Stroke it's and air screw.. (there is no fuel screw). i think i might have covered that better on my 2004 CR 250 build, but other then brand most carbs work the same... unless you are looking at a Lectron, then that is a bit different Sorry I didn't cover that info in this video, I will try to make a video showing how to set up a carb and how they work in the near future. Im actually just finishing a video on how Lectron Carbs work, Thanks a lot for the comment and for asking.
