You have to take the wheel off, and also the underwheel cover, next put the belt from the side of a car - your's straight way is a real overkill. ...but the video is funny to watch, thanks :-)

The belt tensioner tool I got at Sears along time ago, you can get it at Harper freight and ebay. The 19mm is a 6 point and and you want a short socket. It's a really tight space. Also have a second person, it's almost impossible with one. Two helps make sure you don't strip the tension bolt.

I know two people that own one. And ya one got in a fender bender and it cost 6000 for a stupid bumper and it took 4 months.
