He was my favorite player growing up, and this was the first game I went to lol, it was the loudest I’ve ever heard freedom hall, and everyone even old ppl were losing there minds

This gives me chills every time I watch it

Louisville just scheduled a home and home for next season against the vols on June 6,2024. Had to come check out this memory real quick. GO CARDS!

I was at this game! This was the loudest I had ever heard Freedom Hall. Untilln 2010 when we beat #1 Syracuse in the last game at Freedom Hall.

I was there too, in total disbelief that so many fans left before the game ended. Tennessee was shocked to get this loss. The rest of the loyal fans went crazy.

Reece was just cold blooded. That first 3 was from the parking lot, and he shot it like he knew he was going to make it. And I'm pretty sure he knew he would.

This was the first lville game I ever went to as a kid, and I’ll never forget the game/the ending or after it was over, it was the loudest I’ve ever heard freedom hall, after the game everyone was yelling, partying, and running through the hallways going crazy, even old people were losing there minds, and I’ve never seen anything close to that from any sporting event I’ve ever been to, it was literally like something out of a movie, craziest scene after a game I’ve ever witnessed by far

I was at it too, do you remember after the game, how crazy everyone was going? It was the first game I had ever been to lol, prob the best game I’ve ever been to or watched besides the nat championship and honestly the ending to this game was crazier

I was watching this game at an Applebee's restaurant. When Tennessee went up by 6, I got pissed and walked out the door to my car. As soon as I started my car, the radio came on right as that second three was going in. Needless to say, it sounded like all hell had broke loose at the game so I ran back inside the restaurant just in time to see Gains hit that last 3. It took a long time for me to forgive myself for missing this series of plays and I never left a close again.

Louisville Basketball will return!!!
