17:04 Augusto Schiavo and Caterina Arzenton is my favorite dancing couple from that era... Had they still dancing together, they might have won the Blackpool, since they are on fire at that time... :(

Thank you for your additional information. Wow, I did not know there was that much back then in 2001. What more of today where the exposure of ballroom dancing is more including youtube in 2018. Must be more participant.

In Tango Final at Blackpool 2000, only three non-Italian dancers; four Italian couples and two English couples.
