First day of flying with that beast, this Swift is easy to toss in the air with 2KW of power, has a quite good retention of energy for only 5.5Kg (12lb), very sturdy and coupling the ailerons and flap gives a crazy roll rate. Will be a winner on the slope!

its supplied with an opaque canopy? why? this is only slightly heavier than my FMS foamie Fox, but oh so much faster due to its composite clean execution. I need one.

It is a fiberglass canopy, easier to make and hide well all the gear on a small scale sailplane, I need to paint mine either black or silver for cool factor
Very nice. I have a Mibo Swift (2.5m) and it is the best flyer. Do you do extra motor cooling? Thx!

no extra motor cooling, the gearbox has and integrated fan that help with temp.

The roomy fuselage has plenty space for air circulation and good cooling.

Retractable landing gear is not so good on grass field, sometimes the extra drag of the grass or a small bump will snap it off, belly landing is much safer in this case. Best used for tarmac
Nice, but not a lot of power though....
