Its a clear statement of beloved ❤Mohammad alaihi wasalam ❤….. which tourist Muslim / Non-Muslim enter this places in this manner today? Much worse is the fact that people enter the buildings and "culture" of a cursed and humiliated people in admiration

Thanks for showing worth visiting places in Al Ula city Saudi Arabia. The names of some places I remember are Maraya which is an architectural monument, Elephant rock, Al Diwan and Hegra. I could not make much of the places of religious importance but the camping site gave a very fine look. It justified the proverb ‘jungle men mangal’.

Abrar, the city of Taima is rich in antiquities, as well as Dumat al-Jandal, which has the first minaret in Islam, the Shuaib Caves are similar to Madin Saleh and belong to the civilization of Madyan on your way to Jordan (the people of the Prophet Shuaib pbuh) The city of Al-Jouf you will find the finest olive oil in the world, and Tabuk is the fruit basket in Saudi Arabia and you will see large farms, Tiran and Sanafir are islands between the continents of Asia and Africa and returned to Saudi sovereignty two weeks ago. The Najd region is rich in history and archeology (Aflaj, Riyadh, Hail and Qassim), but you may not return to it.

This was the region Nabi Musa AS and the nearly 70,000 Banni Israel lived in after they escaped from Pharoah of Egypt. It is not in Sinai as the Christians believe. There is a mountain in this region, I think northwards, called 'Jebel Lauz' (Almond Mountain) and the massif rock where Allah SWT let water gush out to quench the thirst of the Banni Israel. They were penalised to stay in this region for nearly 40 years, the reason for this was because of the incident of them worshiping the cow. Nabi Musa AS lived in this region twice, before he went to Egypt and after he left with his people.

Also, if you look at the exodus from Egypt from a security point, it would make sense to not stay in Sinai because Pharoah could easily send a big army or small raiding parties to attack and harrass Musa and his people. The Sinai was a trap, a dangerous place to be in close to Egypt. Median was far and much safer.

In the journey of the Jews to the subject of disagreement among historians, but as I mentioned to you in the same city there is the well of Moses and the springs of Nusa, etc.. And the Arabs do not call their sons Moses.

In another narration, the Prophet said: لاَ تَدْخُلُوا مَسَاكِنَ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ إِلاَّ أَنْ تَكُونُوا بَاكِينَ حَذَرًا أَنْ يُصِيبَكُمْ مِثْلُ مَا أَصَابَهُمْ Do not enter the dwellings of those who wronged themselves unless you are weeping, lest you be afflicted with the likes of what afflicted them. Source: Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2980, Grade: Sahih Abdullah ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, reported People descended with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, to the valley of Hijr, the land of Thamud, and they drank from the wells and kneaded flour with it. The Prophet ordered that the drinking water be split and the flour given to the camels, and he ordered them to drink the water from the well to which the she-camel (of Salih) had come. ‏‏‏‏ سیدنا عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے، لوگ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ اترے حجر میں۔ (یعنی ثمود کے ملک میں) انہوں نے وہاں کے کنوؤں کا پانی لیا پینے کے لیے اور اس پانی سے آٹا گوندھا۔ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان کو حکم دیا اس پانی کے بہا دینے کا جو پینے کے لیے لیا تھا اور آٹے کو حکم دیا کہ اونٹوں کو کھلا دیں اور حکم دیا کہ پینے کا پانی اس کنویں سے لیں جس پر اونٹنی آتی تھی صالح علیہ السلام کی۔ حدثني الحكم بن موسى ابو صالح ، حدثنا شعيب بن إسحاق ، اخبرنا عبيد الله ، عن نافع ، ان عبد الله بن عمر اخبره ان الناس نزلوا مع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم على الحجر ارض ثمود، فاستقوا من آبارها، وعجنوا به العجين، " فامرهم رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ان يهريقوا ما استقوا، ويعلفوا الإبل العجين، وامرهم ان يستقوا من البئر التي كانت تردها الناقة "، صحيح مسلم حدیث نمبر: 7466

It's truly amazing but when you go back to the ottoman empire this region was open to everyone but as soon as the British arrived they blew up the rail roads and closed off the region and the knowledge of these important historical sites!

Madaen saleh called as AL-HIJR عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال لأصحابه -يعني لما وصلوا الحجر‏: ‏ ديار ثمود-‏: ‏ ‏"‏لا تدخلوا علي هؤلاء المعذبين إلا أن تكونوا باكين، فإن لم تكونوا باكين، فلا تدخلوا عليهم، لا يصيبكم ما أصابهم” ‏(‏‏(‏متفق عليه‏)‏‏)‏ وفي رواية قال‏: ‏ لما مر رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بالحجر قال‏: ‏ ‏"‏لا تدخلوا مساكن الذين ظلموا أنفسهم أن يصيبكم ما أصابهم إلا ان تكونوا باكين‏"‏ ثم قنع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم رأسه وأسرع السير حتي أجاز الوادي‏.‏ Narrated Ibn 'Umar: Ibn `Umar (May Allah be pleased with them) reported: When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and his Companions reached Al-Hijr, the dwellings of the Thamud people, he admonished his Companions (saying), "Do not pass by these people who are being tormented, without weeping, lest the punishment should befall you as it had befallen them."
