Did anyone else notice the screen glitch during the Dale Earnhardt interview when he said “we coming back with a black racecar next year, I guarantee ya”?

The saddest part is less than a year later we would no longer have Dale Sr.

Don’t forget Eli gold 90s were better because bestwick went to tv in the 2000s

@@DixytheGoat9 Eli did double duty for both in the 90s he did radio along with races on tv on TNN. Eli was with MRN close to 40 years. He was one of the original people at MRN or close to it

@@DixytheGoat9 you don’t hear Eli in this video from 2000 because he’s on tv because it’s a TNN broadcast. Here is a video from the same year but since the race isn’t broadcast on TNN, Eli is on the radio in the MRN voice over video 👍 kzread.info/dash/bejne/X2FrpLCFctPLYqw.html

Arguably the biggest "what if" in Nascar history. What if Dale Sr hadn't passed away? DEI seemed to be on their way to dominating the Cup Series.

Dale Jr was fearless in his early years and it was a perfect pairing with Tony Eury Sr. He had some bad crashes and I think that hindered his career.

Imagine having a front row seat watching your kid pass all these people like a chip off the old block and taking Dale Jarrett to school 😀

I saw a show once on how these guys were able to orchestrate this broadcasting without talking over each other for 4 hours. They used voice inflections, trigger words, and pre planned points on the track to know when to pass it off to the next guy
